Dhananjay Milk Products

Ghee the way it was always made.

Churned from the milk of Gir cows grazed near the Satpuda forests, and slow-cooked in small batches at our own plant in Burhanpur. No shortcuts, no blending, no palm oil — just the grain, the aroma and the colour that tell you it is real.

Why D’Milko

What goes in is what you get

We run our own plant, so every step from milk collection to sealing the jar happens under one roof.

Native breeds

Milk from indigenous Gir cows and buffalo, from farmers around Burhanpur we know by name.

Bilona method

Curd hand-churned into butter, then simmered slowly. Never cream-separated or rushed.

Tested every batch

Moisture, free fatty acid and purity checks in-house, plus periodic external lab reports.

Straight from the plant

No middlemen, no repackers. Sealed at our plant and shipped to your door.

The bilona way

Four steps, one full day

The method has not changed in generations. It takes longer and yields less — which is the point.

01

Morning milk

Milk from our partner farmers reaches the plant within hours of milking, chilled and untouched.

02

Set into curd

The whole milk is cultured overnight into curd — not cream separated by machine, which is where most ghee cuts corners.

03

Hand-churned

The curd is churned in both directions until the butter rises and the buttermilk falls away.

04

Slow simmered

Butter is cooked low and slow until the aroma turns nutty and the ghee runs clear and golden.

Our story

A dairy plant, not a marketplace

We started because we could not find ghee we would feed our own children.

Dhananjay Milk Products began as a small collection centre serving a handful of families. Today we run our own processing plant at Jainabad and work with a circle of farmers we have known for years — and we still make ghee in batches small enough to smell when it is ready.

D’Milko is the name we put on the jars we are proud of. Every batch carries a number. Ask us about yours and we will tell you the day it was made and what the lab said.
